Sign Installation Technician

Installers should have a minimum of 5 years experience installing lighted signs, Class A or Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement, clean driving record and be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be presentable and possess the ability to communicate with customers effectively in order to strive for customer satisfaction.
• Be thorough and accurate when filling out all paperwork pertaining to the specific job.
• Be responsible for maintaining your assigned equipment, inventory and vehicles.
• Be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be a self-starter, motivated employee who can work with minimal or no supervision.
• Problem solving ability, resource identification and efficient coordination of resources.
• Excellent organization, planning and execution skills.

Sign Maintenance Technician
If you are an experienced sign and outdoor lighting technician, looking for a career with a reputable and busy company that offers excellent pay and benefits, then you are who we are looking for.
Technicians should have an in-depth knowledge of electrical work, be mechanically inclined and possess experience servicing electrical signs and exterior lighting.
Must have clean driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Technicians should have a Class B license with Airbrake Endorsement.
Service Technicians will have direct contact with customers on a daily basis and are responsible for presenting situation analysis to the customer first hand in clear terms that the customer will understand. They must work in a team atmosphere as well as with little or no supervision. The technician is accountable for all inventory and company assets on the truck that is assigned to them. It is the duty of the technician to complete all survey requests and complete the scope of work as directed and or as the service ticket/work order outlines. By utilizing expert troubleshooting knowledge and technically skilled knowledge, the Technician strives for higher customer satisfaction.
• Receives daily work schedule and travel to off-site locations or in a case by case basis will report directly to job site upon approval from supervisor in order to install, repair, inspect survey, troubleshoot, or clean signs and interior/exterior lighting as noted on the work order at multiple sites for multiple customers.
• Must be presentable and possess the ability to speak with customers in order to build relationships and to communicate to them what is happening with their particular issue.
• Be thorough and accurate when filling out all paperwork pertaining to the specific job.
• Be responsible for maintaining your assigned equipment, inventory and vehicles.
• Be able to work overtime and/or on call as workload and emergency issues dictate.
